Wow. I didn't realize having an action packed, non-kid vacation would be sooo tough to bounce back from.
I def had my shakes while I was away. But def not consistently twice a day. Getting back to two shakes a day makes me feel soooo much better. Feeling my energy coming back. It is nice.
Though the time change, unpacking, and kids traveling sports is killing me this week. Ever have a week where you need two days off with no one around just to organize and catch up? WOW. I feel so out of sorts.
Hopefully by the weekend the routine of my nutrition plan will get me back on track and feeling 100% all around.
