Weekends are always the toughest for me.
I am good with my nutrition. It is a way of life. So that does not change.
My water intake is horrible. I have my huge water bottle. My full day's 80 ounces.
I have a hard time forcing it down. But I am trying.
Everyday is a challenge. But it is something I have to make my routine.
